Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
Do you sell any vegan products?
Not at the moment. Maybe in the next pop-up!
If I make a donation, can I decide what my money is used for?
All of the money raised with every purchase will be donated to the Somalia Emergency Appeal.
Are your products nut-safe?
We bake with all kinds of nuts and whilst we have robust cross-contamination prevention procedures in place, we cannot guarantee that our products don't contain traces of nuts. Although a product may not contain nuts, all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
How long do I need to order in advance?
All orders placed before the 6th of July (before 5pm) will be delivered on the 9th of July, between 11am-5pm.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to areas within London (United Kingdom) and within the M25.
I haven't received my confirmation email. What can I do?
Your confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received - please contact us if you haven't received a confirmation after payment has been made.
Occasionally, our confirmation email may find its way into your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders and allow plenty of time for the confirmation email to be sent through - it may not be received immediately. If you still have not received a confirmation email on the day the order is placed please contact us on toffeeandsugar@hotmail.com.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us with a written cancellation notice, which you can send by email to us at toffeeandsugar@hotmail.com, within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the products ordered and your order reference number. Unfortunately, after this time it will not be possible to cancel an order.
